University collaborates with NRCP for international research confab West Visayas State University and the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) are collaborating for the staging of an International Research Conference with the theme “Research: A Response to the Challenge of Globalization”, to be held at Amigo Terrace Hotel in Iloilo City on February 27 to 29, 2008. The West Visayas State University is a premier institution of higher learning in Western Visayas Region of the Philippines. Its charter dictates the advancement of knowledge through instruction, research, extension, and production.
