UCPB Tellers Live Up to Expectations of Branch Clients UCPB clients expressed immense satisfaction with the service they received from the tellers of the bank and gave them high marks for their efficiency and professional demeanor, the recently released results of the 2007 Customer Service Survey (CSS) showed. A total of 1, 353 UCPB clients from all over the country took part in the CSS, which the bank's Customer Quality Management Division (CQMD) conducts every year to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the bank's services, and to identify service gaps and the means to address them. The participating clients rated the UCPB tellers on their speed and accuracy in processing transactions, and on their behavior and appearance. Of the 439 tellers, who were evaluated in the survey, 77% or 336 obtained a rating of 95% and above or outstanding', with 21 of them receiving a perfect score of 100%. No one among the tellers got a failing mark from the clients; 22% or 98 received a rating of 90% to 94% or above acceptable' and the remaining 1% or 5, a rating of 85% to 89% or acceptable'. ...
