Kabalikat Civicom Los Baños Chapter : Home Kabalikat Civicom Los Baños Chapter Home Organizational Profile The Kabalikat Civic Communicators Association , Inc. or simply known as KABALIKAT CIVICOM, is the Philippine's largest and most active communications group today. It has more than 500 chartered chapters nationwide strecthing its base from as far as Aparri in northernmost Luzon to Davao Oriental, Saranggani Province and the Zamboanga Peninsula in the open south of Mindanao. Kabalikat is a non-stock, non-profit civic organization whose noblest motive is the public welfare. It was conceived and organized in December 1990 to primarily raise the status of communicators to a position of high responsibility and importance and to enable radio enthusiasts to actively participate in public assistance particularly during calamities and emergencies or whenever there is a need to ensure public comfort and convenience. Members of Kabalikat strive to live by the following Code of Discipline: 1) commitment to the public, 2) faith, love and belief in God, 3) love of counry, 4) respect for the authorities and the government, 5) commitment to democracy, and 6) responsiveness to the public.
